VOLUNTEER ENGAGEMENT DIRECTOR – 5 hrs/wk
Work with a great team!
Help fill volunteer roles by directly contacting people (phone, text, app)
Utilize Planning Center technology, or research other technologies to engage and manage volunteers
Help onboard new members into service opportunities
Maintain and update the Time and Talent Survey database
Work with boards, pastors, and principal to assess various needs for volunteers
Work with the Director of Media and Communication to publicize volunteer opportunities to the congregation and school
Attend Worship regularly at various services to get to know people
Attend meetings of the Nominating Committee
